TESLA COIL
If any of you know of the cocktail made famous by Ernest Hemingway: Death in the Afternoon, you may enjoy this darker, murky take on it.
Tesla Tease Cocktail:
1 Jigger Black Sambuca
Champagne
Lemon twist
Pour the Sambuca into the bottom of a champagne flute
Top with champagne
Garnish with a lemon twist
BEAU SOLEIL
Sonny Soleil Cocktail:
1 jigger Orange Juice
1 Jigger Campari
1 Jigger of any Golden Tequila
Muddled Lime
Serve over Ice
Fill with Seltzer
Muddle the lime in the bottom of the glass and top with the OJ
Add Ice
Add Campari
Add Tequila
Top with seltzer and stir slightly
Garnish with Lime wedges
SAZERAC St. JAMES
Marion St. James Cocktail:
Coat a rocks glass in St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
In the bottom of the glass muddle:
1 Tbsp water
1 Sugar Cube
1 Orange Peel
Pour 2.5oz of Jim Beam's Devil's Cut Bourbon over this and add ice
Stir the mixture lightly to chill and mix with St. Germaine
Garnish with a cherry
CHELSEA'S VESPER
Chelsea Nicole Robinson Cocktail:
2 Parts Tanqueray Gin
1 Part Grey Goose
1 Part Lillet Blanc (can substitute for a dry white wine for a drier martini)
A Splash of Grapefruit Juice
Shake it until it is ice cold. Garnish with a citrus twist.
